Payments

Payments can be made by credit card, debit card or Paypal.

You can make payment for your purchases by credit or debit card through paypal (even if you do not have a Paypal account). This means that all payments are processed securely and we do not have any access to your personal banking information.

Postage

We try to be fair with our postage charges so we offer a variety of
postal services
depending on your needs.

 
UK delivery (2-3 working days) Free

Special Next Day Delivery by 1pm
(UK only for orders placed before 2pm) £6.00
Worldwide delivery (4-7 working days) £10
 
Where possible we try to do our bit for the environment and recycle external packaging as much as possible. 

Returns
We hope that you are going to love your purchases from Gala Accessories. We ask that you please check all items upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged or faulty please inform us within 48 hours of delivery by email or phone. If the item is damaged or faulty then we will replace or refund the item.
Should you be unhappy with your purchase or have changed your mind and wish to return the item then please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that refunds will not be given until the item has been received back to us.
Earrings are excluded from this policy unless they are faulty.

We will not refund the cost of return postage and will only refund items that are returned within 14 days of receipt in their unused condition and original packaging. We cannot be held responsible for goods that do not reach us so strongly recommend using registered post to return items to us.
